Landon's Newborn Pictures

For Landon's newborn pictures, I decided to go in a different direction. Instead of the traditional newborn pictures like we did for Hudson, I decided to do a lifestyle session and it couldn't have been more perfect. It really showed us in our element and showed that ya know what, life is crazy right now with three kids 3 and under, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

Allison Davis did our pictures and I am so glad she was able to capture our family so perfectly. Allison has been shooting Kyle and I since before we were married. She did our engagements, my bridals, our wedding, Raegan's baby announcement, family pictures, and so much more!

She truly is amazing and if you are in the Dallas area, make sure you check her out. I promise you won't be disappointed!

I was so thankful that I had items in all our closets that went together because Lord knows I was throwing them together the morning of the pictures. I'm so glad all of my Pinkblush maternity clothes can transition into post partum so easily!

Kyle FINALLY gave me the go ahead to redo our living room. I'm so stinking excited! The decor we have there right now is just too big. We had all of this furniture from our old house up in our media room. The couches are big. Comfortable, but big. The coffee table in the middle is also just too big and the corners are just asking for a trip to the ER when one of the littles trips and falls. Yeah, no thank you! So we are opting for something smaller that won't take up as much room.

I've put together what I'm loving at Wayfair right now for our new living room. I can't wait to start getting everything, putting it together, and sharing our living room revamp with you!

I love the farmhouse look and we have that style going throughout our entire house so I'm continuing it with our decor as well!

Tropica Beige Harper Area Rug I love the simplicity of this rug. The farmhouse look is easily completed for a room when this rug is added to your decor. I know I am over a month over due blogging about Raegan's birthday. I knew I should have done it before Landon was born, but life go away from me, and it didn't happen.

Better late than never though, right?

We threw Raegan's 3rd birthday party when I was 36 weeks pregnant. Phew. It was interesting getting everything together, but it came together wonderfully!

The first good decision I made when planning her party was choosing to have it at Play Street Museum. First off, it wasn't at our house, they helped me unload and load up the car at the end of the party, and they kids were entertained the entire time. We took a break to sing Happy Birthday, but then they were right back to playing. They helped keep the food and drinks replenished and I really didn't have to think about anything. It was great!

And did I mention it wasn't at our house? Yep. We partied, packed up, and came home to a house that wasn't a wreck from 15 toddlers. Glorious. Pregnant or not, I recommend this to any mom who wants an easy birthday party!
